Ultimate Renewables Supplies assumes full responsibility for the full scope of works, including the design, supply and commissioning of the heat pump system.

We recognise that not all installers are MCS certified. That’s why our scheme allows your customers to enjoy the benefits of an MCS accredited heat pump installation without the need for you to handle the MCS accreditation and paperwork yourselves.

You submit your customers plans and requirements to us

We then perform all heat loss calculations, paperwork and other requirements

We then design the bespoke system and supply all components to you

When you have installed the system, contact us and arrange the commissioning

We complete MCS certification for you and redeem the £7500 BUS Grant for your customer

Full Room by room Heat loss calculations in accordance with MIS-3005 (To meet MCS requirements)
Homeowner system performance estimate.
Radiator/emitter output requirements.
Full Installation schematics on all supplied equipment.
On site commissioning, and homeowner demonstration (if on site during commissioning).
MCS Certificate.
2 or 5 Year Workmanship Warranty.
Building Regulations Certificate.
End-User Handover Pack.
Manufacturers warranty registration.
DNO application.
BUS (Boiler upgrade Scheme) application (£7500 towards legible installations).
Full design liability and professional indemnity.
