Samsung Heat Pump Product Overview:

The Mono outdoor unit contains the hydronic unit and can be installed by a plumber. The unit is connected to an indoor domestic hot water tank.

The Mono HT Quiet solution is similar to our Mono solution but can deliver a high water temperature at low noise levels. Making it ideal for the residential renovation market.

The Mono R290 uses R290 as a refrigerant, which has a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP=3). It is also available in a boarder range of capacities fitting with varying project requirements – 5, 8, 12, and 16kW.

Warranties
Samsung offers a 2-year standard warranty on all heat pumps. If URS are not completing MCS certification on behalf of the installer then they must complete the training modules to benefit from being able to offer a 7 year warranty on Samsung EHS Heat Pumps.

MCS Documentation

If the installer orders URS MCS Umbrella Scheme Service, we will require the following for us to process £7500 BUS Grant, please provide them as soon as possible to avoid any delays. Email to Bus@ultimaterenewables.com
